1 Welcome Shabbat Shalom and welcome to the Beit HaMashiach community announcements. Thank you for joining us in person and online. If you are new here, please introduce yourself to any of the leaders, who will give you a voucher for a free coffee after the service.
2 Counting of the Omer God told the Israelites in Leviticus 23 to set aside an omer of grain each day for 50 days, from Passover until the start of Shavuot, to bring as a wave offering. We encourage you to set aside some money each day from this Tuesday night 23rd of April until Tuesday 11th June, and bring the offering to our Shavuot service on Saturday 15th of June, or donate online into the Beit HaMashiach account, making sure to specify ‘Omer Offering’. The money will be sent to Israel to various ministries who are helping the poor and sharing the good news of Yeshua.
3 No leaven/yeast to be in food brought for morning tea next Shabbat 27th April Next Shabbat will still be part of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, so if you’re intending to bring food for morning tea, please make sure it doesn’t contain leaven or yeast.
4 Pray for Israel Zoom mtg now 8pm Tuesdays.

We would like to remind you that the ‘Pray For Israel’ Zoom meeting changed this past week to 8pm every Tuesday night. For details about this and other prayer meetings, Chavurah groups, and our Art Group, please take a flyer from the foyer table.
5 Never Again Is Now rallies The Melbourne ‘Never Again Is Now’ rally standing against Anti- Semitism is on Sunday the 19th of May, from 1:30pm to 4pm. And the Brisbane rally is Sunday 9th of June. To stay up-to-date with details, please go to neveragainisnow.com.au
6 Caring for our Community Happy birthday tomorrow to Edwin who turns 5, Monday to Mark Elsden and to Hannah Guevara who turns 14, and Tuesday to Samuel Momo and Peter Selig. Happy 7th wedding anniversary to Simon and Janet. And happy birthday or wedding anniversary to anyone else celebrating this week.
