The Outdoor Security man will keep a lookout for anyone acting suspiciously,  to keep our congregation safe.

Greeters will greet people with a smile and assist anyone who needs to use the front lift.

This role involves collecting the offering box, and after the service concludes, heading upstairs to count and sign off. The offering is then given to a staff member to bank.

Shalom Creche, Shalom Kids and Shalom Youth are always looking for volunteers who feel called to serve our children. Please be aware that we require that you fully comply with all Government Regulations (WWCC, Crim Check) and Beit Hamashiach requirements (Interview, Safe Spaces Training, Code of Conduct and Children’s Ministry Training).

This role involves using a database to search for children and check them in before they enter the age-appropriate Shalom Program, and also to check them out after the Family service, ensuring each child is only picked up by the approved parent/guardian listed in the database.

This role requires someone with training or experience in using a commercial coffee machine to provide coffee to congregation members.

This role involves projecting Powerpoint presentation, working the sound board, or overseeing the livestream. Arrival time: 10am.

Ushers are to assist people finding seats in the main sanctuary during services.

This role involves videoing the service, including worship, liturgy and message, to a level of expertise required for live-stream services.
