| 2 | Announcements videoing | At the end of today’s service, we’d like as many of you as possible to come to the front for Johnatan to video you saying the first and last announcements, so that in the near future you can record, using WhatsApp, the audio of the other announcements which will be emailed to you. |
| 3 | Freedom March for Israeli hostages | The Jewish community in Melbourne have organised a ‘Nine Months in Hell’ Freedom March from 10am this Sunday 7th July in Caulfield Park (cnr Balaclava & Hawthorn Rds) on the nine months anniversary of the Israelis taken as hostages into Gaza. Let’s join them to support them and the families of the hostages, in demanding the release of their loved ones. |
| 4 | ZulaRoo, Host Israelis, PlanetZula | As mentioned last Shabbat, Corey and Sarah Bolton want to thank those of you who have been bringing non-perishable food here for ZulaRoo. They now have plenty for a while, so have asked us not to collect any more at the moment. We’ll let you know when they want us to resume.

| 6 | Barry’s Israel tour May 2025 | Barry, a Celebrate Messiah outreach worker who leads the Tikkun Olam ministry and speaks in churches and schools, is co-leading a tour to Israel and Petra in May next year. If you are interested in going, please pick up a brochure when you’re next at our Caulfield Messianic Centre, or request one at connect@beithamashiach.com, then register your expression of interest with Barry (0425 826 938, barry@celebratemessiah.com.au) or with Inner Faith Travel using the details in the brochure. |
| 7 | Simcha 2024 | Registration will soon open for our National Messianic Conference ‘Simcha’ meaning ‘a joyous occasion’. It will be held from Friday night 29th of November to Sunday mid-morning 1st of December, at Belgrave Heights Convention Centre. This year’s theme will be, “One Messiah, One People: What Does Peace in the Middle East Look Like?” with guest speaker Shmuel Aweida, an Arab-Israeli pastor who leads a Messianic congregation in Israel. We are not able to bring the Messianic worship team SOLU out this year, but God-willing will bring them out next year.
We need many volunteers for our children’s programs, with various requirements to fulfill beforehand, so if you want to help and aren’t already serving in Shalom Creche or Shalom Kids, please talk to Tara or Karen as soon as possible. |
| 8 | Caring for our Community | Happy birthday tomorrow to Elia and Tuesday to Sebastian who turns 14. Happy wedding anniversary Tuesday to David & Jennie who celebrate 41 years and who watch from Broken Hill, and Thursday to Ivan and Venus. And happy birthday or wedding anniversary to anyone else celebrating this week. |
