1 Welcome Shabbat Shalom and welcome to the Beit HaMashiach community announcements. If you’re new to our website, please introduce yourself to our leaders at and we invite you to attend our services if you live in Melbourne – 10:30am every Saturday at 206 Bambra Road, Caulfield South. 2 Art Group, Prayer meetings and Chavurah groups Donald Kenner, our resident artist, leads an amazing Art Group here every Tuesday from 1pm to 3pm! Those who are involved have an enjoyable time of fellowship together, as well as learning to express their creativity through drawing. We encourage as many of you as possible to come, and we’d love you to bring your friends, especially those who don’t yet know Yeshua.

3 Shalom Youth movie night We would like to remind you that Shalom Youth’s Movie Night is this coming Friday 31st of May, from 7pm to 9pm here in our Sanctuary. We’ll kick off the night with some fun games, watch the film ‘The Prince of Egypt’ to conclude our studies through the Exodus narrative, then wrap up with a group discussion. Enjoy popcorn and lollies on us, or bring your own favourite snacks and drinks. Parents and siblings are welcome to stay, especially if you have a longer commute.
4 B’Yachad mentorship program The B’Yachad Young Adult Ministry has launched a Mentorship Team to connect young adults with mentors for discipleship and spiritual support. Led by our Young Adults Leader, Felicity Lorenz, the team includes Michelle Elder and Luke Forman. If you are between 18 and 35 years old and would like to be paired with a mentor, please contact Felicity –
5 Volunteers needed for Tikkun Olam Shavuot deliveries Volunteers are needed for Tikkun Olam’s packing and delivering of food hampers for Shavuot, from 10am Thursday 6th June, here at Hamerkaz. Please let Barry know if you can help – 0425 826 938 or
6 Volunteers needed for announcements, and to learn vMix We would like as many of you as possible to be involved in reading announcements. Johnatan would video you doing the first and last announcements after our Shabbat services, then you would record the audio of the rest of the announcements during the week and send to Johnatan.

We are also needing some tech-savvy people to learn to use the vMix livestreaming program so we can continue the vital ministry of livestreaming our services.

7 Counting of the Omer Today is Day 32 out of 50, of the ‘Counting of the Omer’. So we encourage you to continue setting aside some money each day until Tuesday 11th June, to give in our Shavuot service on Saturday 15th of June, or to donate online into the Beit HaMashiach account, making sure to specify ‘Omer Offering’. The money will be sent to Israel to various ministries who are helping the poor and sharing the good news of Yeshua.
8 Caring for our Community Our love and prayers go out to Craig Richter whose mum Lola passed away last Sunday, and to his wife Rhonda who is recovering from minor surgery, and to all of you who are struggling with illness or other difficult situations.

Happy belated birthday to Sarah Krieg last Tuesday. Happy birthday today to Karen Bastidas; Monday to Edith; and Thursday to Jordan, Theodore who turns 9 and Daniella who turns 17.
