Shabbat Shalom and welcome to the Beit HaMashiach community announcements. If you’re new to our website, please introduce yourself to our leaders at connect@beithamashiach.com and we invite you to attend our services if you live in Melbourne – 10:30am every Saturday at our Caulfield Messianic Centre, often called Hamerkaz (Hebrew for ‘The Centre’) – 206 Bambra Road, Caulfield South. Youth curriculum

Our Shalom Youth group has resumed for 2025. This year, our youth group is studying “Rock Solid: How to Defend Your Faith,” a powerful program covering worldviews, theology, and apologetics. Your high schooler will gain the knowledge and confidence to understand, defend, and live out biblical truth—something rarely taught in schools today. Give your teen the tools to stand firm in their faith and share the gospel of Yeshua with clarity and conviction. The youth group meets upstairs every Shabbat service. Special guest speaker next Shabbat

We will have a guest speaker in our 10:30am service next Shabbat 1st of March. We can’t mention his name on livestream until next Shabbat, but will include it in Friday’s email. He will make a Bible-based presentation about the negative implications of the Two State Solution that the United Nations is planning to implement for Israel.

Second screening of ‘Why Stand With Israel?’

Thank you to those who stayed last Shabbat to watch the documentary ‘Why Stand With Israel?’. For those who missed out, or want to watch it again, we’ll be showing it at 1:30pm next Shabbat 1st of March.

Tikkun Olam lunch

The Tikkun Olam packing and delivering of food hampers for Purim will start here at 10am on Thursday 6th of March. Please contact Barry this week for more information or if you can help, on 0425 826 938 or at barry@celebratemessiah.com.au

BH Purim service

We are going to celebrate Purim in our 10:30am Shabbat service on 15th March. We encourage everyone to come to encourage our children who will sing a song and our youth who will present a Purim spiel. Please wear a fun costume, and we’ll have lunch together afterwards, which we’ll give you more details of soon.

Special events

Tickets are selling fast for our 30th Anniversary event which is here on Saturday night 22nd March, from 7pm to 9pm.  It will feature a worship concert by the Sons of Korah, and also updates on the various ministries of Celebrate Messiah, including Beit HaMashiach. Please go to celebratemessiah.com.au/events for more details and to register for $30 per person. The event is mainly for adults, but if you need to bring your children, they are $30 each too.

Registration is now open for Celebrate Messiah’s Melbourne Passover Seder, from 6pm Sunday night 13th April at St Kilda Town Hall. Please register at the same link.

We will need many volunteers for various aspects of the night, so please see May-Lee Wee or Claire Carvosso if you would like to volunteer. Volunteers will not need to register as you will be serving instead of sitting at tables. Celebrate Messiah is also running Passover Seders in Canberra and Sydney, and details of those will soon be available at the same link.

Happy birthday Tuesday to our dear Tara, to Ivan who we are praying for healing for, and to Luke who turns 13, and Friday to Anna and to Joshua who turns 6.
